Sarah Palin: Congratulations to Dave Brat in Virginia

Posted by Kal Vernon on Wednesday, June 11, 2014, In : Elections
From Sarah Palin's Facebook page:

Congratulations to Dave Brat in Virginia on such an encouraging victory tonight! You shocked the political world and reminded D.C. that power lies with We the People and not any conventional party establishment. Dave Brat was massively outspent (more than 10 to 1) and laughed off by most, but he won the trust of voters the old fashioned way – one by one. Tonight’s victory showed the power of the local grassroots – the ones with boots on the ground who pu...

June 10 Primaries in Arkansas, Maine, Nevada, North Dakota, South Carolina and Virginia

Posted by Kal Vernon on Wednesday, June 4, 2014, In : Elections

And so the 2014 primary season is rolling on.  June 10 will see primaries in the states of Arkansas, Maine, Nevada, North Dakota, South Carolina and Virginia.  Conservatives must get out and vote to make our voices heard concerning who we want to represent us.  South Carolina has another chance to get rid of RINO Lindsey Graham.  If you are tired of Senator Graham doing the bidding of John McCain and the democrats and then campaigning as a conservative at election time you need to vote for on...

Virginia Voters Go To The Polls November 5

Posted by Kal Vernon on Tuesday, October 29, 2013, In : Elections
On November 5, Virginia will hold elections for state and local offices.  The polls are not looking good for republicans, but I would hope that would not discourage anyone from voting.  In the event that McAuliffe wins, it will be necessary to have as many elected officials as possible who will oppose his liberal agenda.  Please see the links below for more information.

Voter Registration Deadline For Virginia Elections

Posted by Kal Vernon on Tuesday, October 1, 2013, In : Elections
With all of the focus on 2014, the elections this year are not getting much attention.  One of these are the elections in Virginia.  Every effort must be made to get out and vote for Ken Cuccinelli and the other republican candidates on the ballot.  Terry McAuliffe must not be allowed to become governor.  Virginia residents need to be aware that if you have not registered to vote, the deadline for doing this is October 15.  Please make sure you and every conservative you know is regist...

Conservative HQ: Time to Triple Efforts for Cuccinelli

Posted by Kal Vernon on Thursday, August 29, 2013, In : Elections
From Conservative HQ:
It was the 2009 Constitution Day conference at Cato’s headquarters in Washington.

Over lunch, I said to a group of my constitutional lawyer friends, “Isn’t this great?  There are people studying and talking about the Constitution like never before in our lifetimes.”

We constitutional lawyers on the right fighting for liberty were used to defeat.  Liberty was being taken away through our elected officials and the courts.  The media was horrendously agains...

Posted by Kal Vernon on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, In : Elections
On May 8 there will be primaries in North Carolina, West Virginia and Indiana.  Those who are so inclined may continue to vote for either Newt Gingrich or Rick Santorum as they should still be listed on the ballot even though they have suspended their campaigns.  Additionally, voters in North Carolina and West Virginia can vote for "uncommitted" or "no preference" so that delegates will remain free to vote for whichever presidential candidate they choose at the convention.  All Indian...

Early voting for the upcoming primary in West Virginia begins on April 25 and runs until May 5.  Please be sure to take advantage of this opportunity to let your voice be heard if you are unable to vote on the date of the primary.  Remember, the goal is to deny Romney as many delegates as we are able to keep from him.
