Wisonsin Supreme Court And Recall Elections

     The Wisconsin Supreme Court has struck down a judge's decision so that the collective bargaining refroms passed by Governor Scott Walker and the republicans will now go into effect.  Congratulations to the voters of Wisconsin on a job well done, but the fight is not over.  The public sector unions do not want to give up their power and the democrats do not want to lose the money that comes to them from the government employee unions.  They are now looking to the recall elections to ...

Update On The Nevada District 2 Special Election

     The Nevada Supreme Court will hear arguments in the case concerning the district 2 special election on June 28.  This is in response to a lower court ruling against the decision of the Nevada Secretary of State to have an open primary to fill this seat vacancy.  While the September 13 primary may or may not take place, candidates are in the process of filing to run for this seat.  Sharron Angle has pulled out of this race, but the list of candidates that have filed to run is here. ...

Andrew Breitbart To Introduce "The "Undefeated" At Conference On Friday -Update

Andrew Breitbart will introduce the film "The Undefeated" at the RightOnline Conference on Friday June 17.  "The Undefeated" will also be shown at the Smart Girl Summit in St. Louis on July 30 and the Redstate Gathering in Charleston, SC on August 12.  Details are being worked out for the movie to premiere in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina and Nevada before the general release nationwide on July 15.

Wisconsin Supreme Court Saga Ends

     The Wisconsin Supreme Court election is finally settled.  Justice Prosser has been certified as the winner of the Wisconsin Supreme Court election.  JoAnne Kloppenburg has decided not to pursue any further court challenges and has conceded this race.  Well done Wisconsin voters.  Now its time to help the republicans facing recall elections as the public sector unions continue trying to overturn the law that reigns in their collective bargaining privileges. ...
