The Nevada Supreme Court will hear arguments in the case concerning the district 2 special election on
June 28. This is in response to a lower court
ruling against
the decision of the Nevada Secretary of State to have an open primary
to fill this seat vacancy. While the September 13 primary may or may
not take place, candidates are in the process of filing to run for this
seat. Sharron Angle has pulled out of this race, but the list of
candidates that have filed to run is
