One stop voting for the North Carolina primary begins on April 19 and ends May 5.  From the North Carolina elections website: "One-stop Absentee Voting or Early Voting allows any registered voter to cast an absentee ballot in-person on select days prior to Election Day. One-stop voting begins on the third Thursday prior to Election Day and ends on the last Saturday before the election."  The regular voter registration deadline was on April 13 "...however, individuals who miss the registration deadline, may register in person and then vote at an one-stop absentee voting site in the person's county of residence, during the one-stop absentee voting period."  See the links below for more information.
