Politicians just don't get it. Their "Death Panels" still won't die. Last night Obamacare masterminds decided they'll pay healthcare providers for vulnerable patients' "end-of-life” plans. Remember that's the strange, intrusive, unaffordable, and unnecessary scheme that was actually stripped from Obamacare five years ago, once we "found out what's in it." So now that part of this socialistic healthcare takeover is back, but yesterd...
On June 14th, America celebrates Flag Day. We’re celebrating more than just a bolt of cloth with stripes and stars. Our flag was adopted by the Second Continental Congress in the middle of the American Revolution, and it symbolizes the hope of our nation!
At a time when some are purposefully pushing so many things to divide our country, we can gather around our shared symbols and stand strong through unity – especially embracing that which represents our A...

The House has set a vote on Trade Promotion Authority for Friday June 12. This will allow President Obama to get an up or down vote on trade agreements without the possibility of adding amendments. While this has been done during previous administrations, Congress should not be so eager to do it now.

It's unfortunate and potentially frightening knowing that everywhere you look today jihad is on the march â even on American soil. Warnings for potential terrorist attacks on our homeland are now stepped up, and with the arrest of dozens of Americans on terrorism related charges, the message is clear that no place seems safe from jihad.
Our military personnel and law enforcement agencies have to be right every time, but the terrorists only have to get â...

From American Thinker:
"The Left doesn’t care about gay rights, any more than they care about civil rights, welfare rights, minority rights, animal rights or any other “rights.” According to the Left, “the issue is never the issue; the issue is always the revolution.” The various “rights” the Left has aggressively promoted over the years are merely vehicles to advance the Left’s power.
Consider: the welfare “rights” movement, founded by the notorious socialists Richard Clowa...

Well it's time to get back in the swing of things as the 2016 election begins to heat up. May will feature two special elections to replace members of Congress.
In New York district 11 (see map of district here) a special election will be held of May 5. This is to replace Congressman Michael Grimm who resigned in January of 2015. The republican candidate is Dan Donovan.
When President Obama traded one deserter for five evil terrorists hell-bent on destroying America, rational people did not believe the Obama administration’s claims about this traitor’s “health crisis,” or claims that he served “with honor and distinction,” and certainly not President Obama’s claim that this was a good deal for America.
After putting the country in danger, President Obama celebrated Bergdahl in our Rose Garden, arm in arm with his...

I enjoyed talking On the Record with Greta Van Susteren, and you can catch the replay of it later tonight. Both Alabama and North Carolina will have primary runoff elections for those races in which no candidate received more than 50% of the vote. Elections
It is finally here. The first primary contests of 2014 will take place in Texas on March 4.
We have endured the past year watching the GOP Establishment ignore
the conservative base as they cave on issue after issue due to their
inability to articulate a conservative alternative to the liberal
agenda. For any Texans who are fed up with this, your time has come.
Now is your chance to make your voices heard. Moderates cannot be

2014 is
here. The choices are becoming clearer, and the battle lines are being
drawn. The GOP Beltway crowd has convinced itself that the way to
maintain or retake the majority is through compromise and capitulation

federal debt. They think that by making deals with a deeply unpopular
and divisive incumbent president on issues that Americans oppose,

The constant refrain last year was "I can't wait until 2014".
Well 2014 is now here and we have lots of work to do. It is great hope

It is also hoped that as many conservatives will be elected as

This is a speech that Ronald Reagan gave to the Young Americans for Freedom following the losses suffered in the 1974 election.

Friends,
Governor
Sarah Palin will be in New Jersey this Saturday to throw her support
behind a very important candidate, Mayor Steve Lonegan. We are at a
pivotal point in our nation, and New Jersey will choose their next U.S.
Senator on October 16. Both of the men running for office have served
their state as mayor, but only one has actually governed by the values
of New Jersey’s state motto: "Liberty and Prosperity."

The special election to replace the late Senator Lautenberg will be held on October 16. Steve Lonegan is the conservative republican in this race. If you live in New Jersey please get out and vote for
him. This is a blue state, but don't just assume that a conservative
has no chance there. Lonegan may lose, but at least he will have
tried. See the links below for more information
On October 16, New Jersey has the choice of
two mayors to send to the U.S. Senate. Only one of these mayors has

increased; but in fairness, Newark Mayor Cory Booker may not have

My Call For Civil Disobedience Around The “Barrycades”
It’s
beyond shameful to see Barack Obama disrespect and mistreat our World
War II veterans so blatantly. Obama’s political stunt to “shut down”

bad publicity for people the president uses in his continual blame game.
Don’t believe me? Look at the “barricade” at the World War I Memorial:

This is from an exclusive interview that Stephen Bannon did with Sarah Palin for Breitbart News
In my research for the film I made on Governor Palin, The Undefeated,
I was constantly amazed at the anti-establishment stands she took at
every step in her rise to power. Moves that a conventional politician
would run from, she embraced: in Wasilla, in Juneau, and in the rise of
the Tea Party. Her ability to see “over the hill” to what is really
important, what really matters, is what ...
Forty
years ago today the Supreme Court rendered its Roe v. Wade decision.
Those who believe in the sanctity of human life and long to see America
embrace a culture in which innocent life is honored and protected
continue to look for a day when humanity is again deemed valuable, where
we cherish even those who would be born in "less than ideal
circumstances." Children are our most precious resource and remain the
greatest symbol of hope God has given...
Today
Americans honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. It's
been 30 years since President Reagan signed this holiday into law in
1983, followed by its celebration three years later. We continue to look
to Dr. King’s teachings which show us that our efforts—though seemingly
futile at times—really do matter, that one person’s faith in something
greater than self can lift all mankind, and that character alone should
be the mean...
Recent debate regarding the 2nd Amendment to the United States Constitution has been heated, with many on the left calling for its repeal.Detractors
of the amendment are quick to oversimplify with statements that “the
British are not coming” or that the Constitution does not guarantee the
right to duck hunt.
Lost in the discussion is the behavior of governments
towards their citizens or the civilian population of countries that have
been conquered...
The first thought that occurs to conservatives when viewing the current
liberal attack on Second Amendment rights is that liberals are trying to
disarm everyone so the government can become more of a dictatorship and
less of a democracy. That's why we see so many comparisons to the many
dictators who have disarmed their populations before
instituting anti-democratic rule.
But
it is quite likely that liberal distaste for guns stems from a deeper,
unacknowledg...

There is no good time for weak leadership, but with the re-election of
John Boehner as Speaker of the House and Mitch McConnell as Senate
Minority Leader, Republicans in Congress face a leadership deficit that
threatens not only the future of the Republican Party, but the future of
the Republic itself.
Are Boehner and McConnell decent men doing their best in a political environment where the cards are stacked against them?
It is abundantly clear as we head toward finding a new chairman for
the Republican National Committee that the committeemen of the RNC have
grown out of touch with the Republican activists they rely on each year
to give money, knock on doors, and vote.
The race has broken down between two candidates who lean toward the
grassroots, but have establishment bona fides — Anuzis and Wagner — and
three candidates who are political technocrats of the establishment
order.
The beginning of a new year is often a time to look forward and
look back. The way the future looks, I prefer to look back — and
depend on my advanced age to spare me from having to deal with too
much of the future.
If there are any awards to be given to anyone for what they did
in 2012, one of those rewards should be for prophecy, if only
because prophecies that turn out to be right are so rare.
With that in mind, my choice for the prediction ...
Best
wishes to everyone for a happy New Year! In the coming days there will

average everyday hard working Americans or we will very soon become an

We send good conservatives to D.C. to fulfill the promises they made to
the electorate, and yet when they stay true to their word the permanent

This is an excellent article about the liberal view of money.
Scrooge

From Sarah Palin's Facebook page:
There are many questions about the Benghazi attack that Americans deserve answers to. It’s been too long an “investigation” and too tragic for the families of lost loved ones for the White House and its friends in the media to ignore these questions:

Despite HBO's best efforts, we have all seen the movie Game Change.
We stand by everything we previously said on the record. The movie is
at best "historical fiction" - historical only in that Sarah Palin was
nominated and campaigned for the office of Vice President. The movie is a
series of scenes where the dialogue, locations and participants are
invented or rendered unrecognizable for dramatic effect. HBO and its
surrogates continue to argue that they spoke to 25 so...

Every American should be alarmed at Barack Obama’s priorities, which

Celebrating George Washington’s birthday is an American tradition to
honor our first president. Though Presidents’ Day is now the more

We honor President Washington, not because he was flawless; he was not.

Earlier this year, during the debate over the budget, the GOP leadership in DC made a deal with
the democrats and told us it was the best they could do. The cuts were
not as big as originally promised, but that's all right. What really
mattered is that republicans could not be blamed for a supposed
government shutdown. Besides, the real fight would be waged during the
debt ceiling debate and the next budget. Well here we are with the debt
ceiling and once again we are told this... Continue reading ...

to the activism of commonsense patriots who are considered part of the

Senator Reid has released his plan to deal with the debt limit and it is without any tax increases. This is a great victory, but this plan is full of gimmicks that are not real cuts in spending. Speaker Boehner has unveiled a two step plan requiring another vote to increase the debt ceiling next year. President Obama, meanwhile, is still intent on raising taxes and will be speaking on television tonight. Expect the speech to be filled with more dire predictions of what will happen i... Good news! Speaker Boehner has stopped trying to negotiate directly with President Obama on a debt limit deal. The bad news is that Boehner will now try to work out a deal with the Senate that just voted to table Cut, Cap and Balance. The democrats in the Senate stand with Obama and even now want Boehner and the GOP to cave on tax increases. Democrats refuse to see that our problem is spending and not taxes. They believe that all money belongs to Washington D.C. and it is they who ... Continue reading ...

Senator McConnell formed a plan to allow the debt limit to be raised without any cuts in spending at all which will not save our credit rating. Now some GOP senators are on board with the Gang of Six plan which raises taxes while possibly gutting defense.
